This is not your "average" Officer School! Learn real-world, fire ground proven tips and techniques that will apply to you as a newly appointed or well seasoned fire officer. Our experienced instructors, from some of the nations busiest and most respected departments, will refine, reaffirm and refresh your leadership skill sets and tactical decision making during this 12-hour interactive program. Each student will be afforded time to practice leadership and decision making skills during multimedia enhanced operational simulations: "reading" building clues, making size-up's, providing on-scene reports, managing expandable incidents, and more!

Topics to Include: Command Presence, The Combat Ready Officer Fire Officer, Incident Size-Up, Situational Awareness, On-Scene Reports, Crew Leadership/Accountability, Tactical Considerations for Fire Officers, Objective-Based Incident Management, Fireground Resources/Crew Leadership, Managing Accountability and Incident Documentation.
