At 09:41 AM, Cranston Heights Fire Company was alerted to assist Belvedere Fire Company with a residential fire, on Munson Street. The dispatch included Station 30, Engine 23, Engine 14, Rescue 17, and Ladder 21. Upon arrival, 30-8 and NCCPD advised smoke showing from the residence which brought Rescue 16 for the RIT assignment, Ambulance A-22, ALS 26, 1/2 of Medic 2, and Fire Marshals 21 & 29. At 09:52 AM, 14-3 arrived with a crew of 3 and utilized a backup line to assist with fire suppression. Units on-scene worked until 10:08 AM when the situation was placed under control. 14-3 assisted with overhaul and placing units back in service.
