At 04:02PM, Station 14 was dispatched to a call for service on Kirkwood Hwy. At 04:05PM, Rescue 14 arrived and found a large billboard that had fallen on top of the building. Rescue 14 officer requested a NCC Building Inspector and Delaware State Fire Police. 14-0 responded and stood by for a short period of time before handling other incidents. Rescue 14 stood by until the building inspector finished his work and cleared at 05:59PM.
