Elsmere, Five Points and Cranston Heights Fire Companies responded. They requested assistance from the Wilmington Fire Dept. Chemical 7 (a large capacity foam unit)

A large gasoline fuel tanker caught fire during fuel transfer. The pump behind the tractor was being operated to transfer the fuel. The driver was seroiously burned but sadly eventually died from his injuries.
