On 26 November 2014 at 22:07 hours the Cranston Heights Fire Company (Station-14), along with other Mutual Aid Units, were dispatched via the NCC 911 Center to assist the Mill Creek Fire Company (Stations 2 & 21) with an Engine (14-2) and Rescue-14 on a "Working" Residential Fire, located at 1400 Old Milltown Road. Upon arrival, Firefighters found Heavy Fire coming from an Unoccupied, Three-Story, Brick Farm House. CHFCo. Engine 14-2 was given the assignment to establish a Water Supply, by Command. The fire quickly spread throughout the 100+ Year-Old Structure, eventually breaking through the roof. An Evacuation of the Structure and Exterior Operations were ordered by Mill Creek Command.
