On 10 January 2015 at approximately 10:11 hours, the Cranston Heights Fire Company (Station-14) along with other Mutual Aid Units were dispatched, via the NCC 911 Center, to assist the Mill Creek FC (Stations 2 & 21) with an Engine (14-3) on a "Working" Commercial Structure Fire, located at 2671 Capitol Trail (Rt-2), the Flavor of India Restaurant, in the Meadwood Shopping Center. CHFCo. Engine 14-3 responded with a crew of four (4). Upon arrival, the crew of 14-3 was assigned Vent-Enter-Search by Command. (Hitchens)
