On 3 January 2015 at 19:51 hours, the Cranston Heights Fire Company (Station-14), along with other Mutual Aid Units from New Castle County and the City of Wilmington Fire Department, were dispatched via the NCC 911 Center to assist the Five Points FC (Station-17) with Rescue-14 on a "Working Residential Fire located at 201 West Summit Avenue, in the community of Elmhurst (Hitchens)
