On 12 January 2016 at 2243 hours, the Cranston Heights Fire Company (Station-14) was dispatched for a Motor Vehicle Collision (MVC) Vehicle into a Structure at 1700 Newport-Gap Pike (Rt-41). Rescue-14 responded with a crew of four (4). The driver of the vehicle was uninjuried. Once the situation was placed Under Control by the CHFCo., the scene was turned over to the Delaware State Police (Troop-6) for further investigation. (Hitchens)
