"The engine was traveling east on Lancaster Avenue and turned north into Union Street. Apparently striking a loose brick or a trolley switch, the engine turned over twice and finally settled on its right side...The company was responding to a false alarm to the Richard Sellers Estate at Holly Oak, where it was said that timbers were still smoldering from the recent fire that destroyed Seller's home. No firemen were required. The person who sent in the call is not known."
