First Live Fire Evolutions in 2018 at the Delaware State Fire School
Monday, August 6, 2018
Last night, our members and staff participated in a live burn the the New Castle Division of the Delaware State Fire School. The members fought simulated fires, to help practice pulling and advancing hose lines in the case of a structure fire.
These types of trainings are scheduled throughout the year to help our members become and continue to be proficient for when the need arises during a real emergency. At times, we train with our surrounding mutual aid companies, to continue working on those relationships and operations when we respond together.
