Early in the morning of May 7th during the start of the morning rush hour, Squad 14 was alerted to assist the Mill Creek Fire Company on a Commercial Vehicle Fire at Limestone Road (Route 7) and Milltown Road. Units arrived with heavy fire coming from the trailer from what began as a brakes fire. 21-8 went on scene with a trailer involved. The crew from the Squad assisted several Mill Creek units on scene with extinguishing the fire, clearing after about an hour. The road was shut down for some time due to the debris and melted aluminum on the roadway. (Photo Courtesy Regina Toy)
