Over the past two weeks, our Fire Prevention Committee visited Gateway Lab School, Marbrook Elementary School, and Tatnall Middle School to deliver Fire Prevention poster and essay awards from the 2017 contest held in the fall. The kids were recognized in front of their classes and presented with awards. Each year, the students from across the State submit posters or essays, depending on their grade, which are judged and sent to a State competition. Those locally submitted are also judged and receive awards. The Fire Company wants to congratulate all of the winners and we look forward to the next round of submissions this coming fall!
