Each year, the DVFA holds a poster and essay contest, receiving submissions from elementary and middle schools which are judged and awarded at the company level, and also at the county level. The top winners are then judged and awarded at the state level. The program helps reinforce the importance of fire safety with youth, allowing them to learn on their own towards these posters and essays. Thanks Cindy for representing us at the luncheon!
