Today, Chief Sokira and Deputy Chief Warrick promoted Career Firefighter/EMT Paul Testa to the position of Lieutenant. Lt. Testa's primary responsibility will be working with the line officers with new member training and orientation, as well as other duties assigned. Lt. Testa joins Paul Strochine, who was promoted to Captain in January along with Lt. Joe Swift, and Supervisor and Assistant Chief Rickie Clark. Paul was joined by his family today as he was promoted and presented with his helmet frontace.
