Squad 14 responded to assist the Elsmere Fire Company with numerous other area companies on a commercial structure fire. Reports of smoke showing from a distance was soon followed by 16-8 (Chief Facciolo) arriving with fire throughout a garage with a residence above. The Squad arrived as the second due engine and laid part of the second water supply line. The crews then pulled additional hand lines from Engine 16 To help extinguish the fire. Crews were on scene for several hours extinguishing the fire and performing overhaul. The Delaware State Fire Marshals office is investigating.
